●Product Features:

 ◎Unique Filter Yarns:

Custom-made 0.5g/m PP fiber yarns are thinner than ordinary yarns, which makes the winding tighter and the interception efficiency higher.

 ◎Unique Winding Technology:

Unique winding technology improves the winding tightness. Compared with ordinary winding technology, it improved a lot.

 ◎Wrap Cloth Inside:

Wrapping a layer of precise filter cloth on the outside of the core. The filter cloth material is PP, which not only has the precise filter efficiency but also could intercept the released fibers.

 ◎High Interception Efficiency:

The nominal micron rating is 0.5μm. The interception efficiency for 0.5μm is 50-70% while 96% for

1μm particles.

①  For a period of time’s cycling filtration,the interception efficiency of SWF-0.5 for 1μm particles reaches 96%.

②  The interception efficiency of other ordinary string wound and melt-blown filter cartridges for 1μm particles is only 70-80%.

③  The interception efficiency of SWF-0.5 series is 30%-60% higher than other ordinary string wound and melt-blown filter cartridges. 

◎Removing Surface Fibers by High Temperature:

We could remove the surface fibers by high temperature according to clients’ requirements. With no fibers on the cartridge surface, the risk of fiber release will be effectively reduced. 

◎Seal Gaskets of double ends:

We could add PP gaskets on both sides according to clients’ requirements. The sealing effect will

improve a lot and the leaking will also be reduced a lot which  all makes the interception

efficiency higher.
